Our consultants are well versed in the advertised recruitment methodology. A well placed and professionally written advertisement has proven time and time again to be an effective candidate sourcing strategy.
Upon taking a comprehensive brief from our client (including information on requirements such as industry experience, qualifications, key competencies and remuneration details) our consultant will book an advertisement in the relevant print media. After drafting and refining the copy, we handle the assignment through to the placement. This includes resume screening, extensive telephone screening, competency based interviewing and the production of a comprehensive individual report on each shortlisted candidate, complete with resume.
The shortlist presentation can take the format of a formal face-to-face meeting to discuss the merits (and areas of potential development) of each candidate in conjunction with their "cultural fit".
The consultant will assist with setting interview times for the shortlisted candidates, take comprehensive reference checks and will facilitate the final salary negotiation and appointment of the successful candidate. We remain in contact with candidate and client alike to ensure a smooth transition into the role and continued career development within the organisation.
